[Important] Notice of Reduced U.S. Shipping Fees and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us.
We're grateful for the feedback you've shared about our shipping fees. Thanks to your input, and in response to the many customers who wish to purchase our products, we've been able to improve our shipping routes for deliveries to the United States and lower our shipping fees as a result.
Because of this change, we'll be refunding the difference to customers who ordered at the previous shipping rate.

About the shipping fee change
- Previous shipping fee: from 67 USD
- New shipping fee: from 31 USD
Shipping fees are calculated by weight, so the exact amount depends on how many items you purchase.
Refunds of the difference apply to customers who paid for shipping to the United States before the fee change.
The new shipping fees apply to orders placed from August 13 at 6:00 PM (JST) onward.
About your refund
If you placed an order to the United States at the previous shipping rate, we'll automatically refund the shipping difference beginning August 18 at 10:00 AM (JST).
We'll contact eligible customers individually by email with the details, so please check your inbox.
Customs duties and fees
For international deliveries, customs duties and other fees may apply in addition to shipping, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Because these are determined by customs, we're unable to confirm or provide the amounts in advance at checkout. We appreciate your understanding.
Customers outside the United States
Since we've used the most affordable shipping methods available for other regions since our store first opened, no refunds apply outside the United States.
